Default 100NL: AQ vs. Middlestacker

Sometimes, I 3bet this PF, but the original raiser had only raised once in the 40+ hands I had on him in my database. SB is ~25/7/1.5 after about 100 hands. I just sat down, and I doubt either player has any reads on me. SB's stack size makes this a bit tricky, as a decent-sized turn bet pretty much commits me to the hand.

UB NLHE - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 9 Players

SB: $70.25
BB: $98.50
UTG: $63.95
UTG+1: $69.45
MP1: $37.85
MP2: $99.85
Hero (MP3): $100.00
CO: $22.95
BTN: $47.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (9 Players)
3 folds, <font color="red">MP2 raises to $3.50</font>, Hero calls $3.50, 2 folds, SB calls $3.00, BB folds

Flop: ($11.50) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, MP2 checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $7.00</font>, SB calls $7.00, MP2 folds

Turn: ($25.50) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, HERO (SB has $59.75 left)

I would 3-bet or fold preflop, so I would never be in this line.

As played, I probably bet $15 on the turn and fold if checkraised.

I bet $17, and he just called before shoving a brick river. Looking back, I hate that line. I thought I'd be losing money from AJ/AT by checking the turn, but I think it's the right play.

Why is reraising a good idea PF besides isolation? I do this all the time with position and AQ. Also, villain hasn't shown to be to aggressive PF, you could be running into a big hand?

You have a small pot hand, why build a big pot? Use your position and control the pot. Check. Betting the turn just puts you on hard decision if the villain bets the river. That just sucks when you don't have an easy call sort of hand.
