The NFL has some strange rules. Wide receivers are allowed to go for the ball.

Not through a dback before the ball gets there, but I agree they pretty much never call that PI. By rule it definitely was.

pretty poor timing for that false start. Brady gets the 1 yard in that spot almost always.
