Alright. Tilted off 12 buyins. Sweet. I don't know how to stop tilting/stop donating money. I've been playing great otherwise. I don't even know what started tilting me tonight. Wow. Just wow. I need some help with tilting or something.

Cool off period, right now. If you're anything like me you think that you're capable of playing +EV poker right now but you're not. Use the self exclusion or whatever it's called.

tbh if i gets so bad that you need to use self exclusion to keep you away from the tables then you have a much bigger problem than tilt

Yeah. I tried self-exclusion and it didn't help. You need to find out what causes your issues and go from there.. I'm still a tilt-monkey but I can get up much sooner nowadays.

You're probably right. I just find it helps me forget about the session completely and move onto other things without being pissed about poker. Only used it twice though.

tonight's session is one of those where you're losing every hand, so you know you cna fold since they obv have the nuts, but you call because you've got to be good at some point- except you never are.
