Default But I never fold!

I don't really have any reads on villian except that he's minbet a couple times, and when his minbets have been raised, he's folded. Doesn't really do anything for this hand, except I guess give us the impression that he's a donk.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

Hero (SB): $694.00
BB: $172.70
UTG: $414.30
MP: $1,281.90
CO: $77.00
BTN: $497.40

Preflop: Hero is dealt 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
3 folds, BTN calls $4.00, Hero calls $2.00, BB checks

Flop: ($12) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
Hero bets $8.00, BB calls $8.00, BTN raises to $44.00, Hero raises to $150.00, BB folds, BTN calls $106.00

Turn: ($320) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN bets all-in for $343.40, Hero folds

Agreed.

Also, if we're beat, I expect to lose to better flushes and that's basically it. I think donks tend to slowplay here if they turned a boat, or perhaps bet small. But a slight overbet, eh I don't buy it.

Also we do beat a couple of reasonable flushes, although obviously most of them have us beat. But I think this is something like Ax T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] a lot of the time. Plus we're getting 3-1 etc, I think folding is a mistake, particularly because of the "donk" factor. Against a reasonable player I like a fold, but I don't make these types of folds to irrational players.

A straight is possible. I don't think he has a boat very often since most people would bet less. A significant portion of his hands will be higher flushes, but enough of his hands make up Axh, lower flushes, and the straight that I would still call.

this hand sucks on so many levels.

good fold.

this is a call if he's oop and shoves into you (but still close) or if there is a raise preflop.

i go broke really light in limped pots and i think it' sbad, enerally youre going to be looking at mandatorily going broke with K high flush obv, Q high probably, J high usually, and T high occasionally, 9 high rarely

does anyone have any reasoning for calling other than OMG A FLUSH? some of the top posters have said call, but i'd like to hear your thoughts behind it.
