Default flopped idiot two pair

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $284.70
BB: $603.50
UTG: $184.38
Hero (MP): $867.15
CO: $1,113.48
BTN: $394.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)

Flop: ($26) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $20.00</font>, <font color="red">BB raises to $60.00</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $160.00</font>, <font color="red">BB raises all-in to $591.50</font>, Hero ?

OK so I've been playing 28/23 and betting almost all flops. Villian is 24/19 or so and although we haven't really battled its safe to assume he's noticed my aggression. Other than his stats of about 100 hands I have no other reads.
There's a million draws here which i guess makes it more likely that a set or 87. My RR probably should have been to 200, but anyone not call this?

Don't 3bet him if you don't know what you're going to do if he pushes. I'd just call his flopraise and stick it in on a safe turn.

No I did decide to call him (and did), but now I'm wondering about it.

in general is it best to see a safe turn before continuing in these spots even though you think most of villians range are draws?

It is likely he has a combo kind of draw in which seeing a safe turn is a good play to maximize your equity. He never folds a big draw on the flop, and he shouldn't either.

Well you left the action after the turn shove like you didn't know what to do. Definitely don't raise the flop again if you aren't comfortable calling a shove.

Calling the flop raise might be better, it's close. I don't mind the line you took at all, though. You're going to be crushed a fair amount, but there are so many draws he can have you gotta call.
