If im betting turn, i have to push any river if UTG calls, right?

Why? Your hand doesnt look like an overpair. And thinking players may notice a flush is unlikely (your likely to bet a flopped FD). I would like to hear reasons for the river shove on a blank, do we really get many hands we beat to fold? (im not sure)

Sink, if he has QQ, sure, he might call me, but 99- just wont have the balls to call a very high % of time, thats what im thinking.

Ye this is good. Soooo many hands in his range that call turn and fold river.

Funny thing is though if he calls river w/ QQ/AJ or something he should call w/ 55 because you pretty much always have nuts/nothing when you shove a blank river.
