I don't think that is applicable here. Here is what he says:

He then goes on to give an example. In his example, your M is under 4 and your opponents M is under 6. In short I don't believe this to be applicable to my situation because Harrington is specifically referring to short stacked situations.

This cadaver was found in an ancient dwelling known as an apartment dating back to 2006...He was grasping an ancient scroll in his hand with the words: Assani Fisher's Play Along thread. We can only speculate as to what this means.
