Hi Greg,

Why didn't you raise the turn? He doesn't have a draw, so he has a bluff or a made hand, and that could easily be something he can call with. He can read you for having picked up a big draw, even, and make a big call without trips. I don't see the value in waiting when there's so much in there already and some cards that could kill your action. Surely you weren't worried you were beat on the turn. River seems like a super-easy call if he rarely has a draw on the turn.

Yea after discussing hand with Greg I see that we r thinkin the exact same thing. I still raise the turn every time cause he is definetly firing trips with lessor kicker and maybe flush draws sometimes on the turn. However, getting to the river the way we did, he never has a hand that we beat and we should fold.

I think in hindsight raising up the turn is the best play, but river is definetely a fold.

So you're putting him on what? You basically said in the OP that the river doesn't change much because you have a read he doesn't play draws in this way. So you think you were beat the whole time or are you putting him exactly on 76? I'm confused.

minraise the turn, he loves shoving on top of minraises with zero FE and no regard for board texture/player style

If he's not betting missed draws (on the river), then why don't you go ahead and charge him on the turn?
