Default Hand Review - A2s 6max

I do hand reviews for my GF, & I thought I'd post this one.

PF seems ok given the fact we expect most to call, on flop she liked the idea of a c/r but I feel it may be a c/c. What's ur plan?

2nd Hand at table, no prior reads.

Preflop: Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, MP raises, Button calls, Hero calls, BB calls, UTG calls.

Flop: (10 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)

Chances are pretty good someone else has a better ace or a flush draw, with no reads I like a c/c more than a c/r but I'm not sure there are a whole lot of cards that can come on the turn to make me like my hand more.

Fold prefrop.

I would have called out of the BB though.

Check and see what happens.

gib i fold it pf. we don't really want an ace to come down, i mean we do but we can't go buckwild if it does. and there's not much flush value or kicker pair value.

yeah, initially I thought it was pretty close, my thoughts were if we call, we can generally expect BB to call & I don't think UTG is going anywhere. But that said our position is pretty sucky so its prolly closer to a fold.

Edit: lol, maybe I'm being results orientated by seeing all those PF calls 1st!

Even without being results oriented, who do you expect to see fold?

If someone bets here, the best you're doing is splitting w/ an ace that could possibly get drawn out on by a flush or broadway. C/F here for me more than likely. If I had a backdoor flush I'd hang around.

k, so it looks like PF shoulda been a fold.

Lets say we c/c the flop (she actually c/r'ed cause she's a complete nutter, but I've amended the post for a c/c) whats our plan on the turn?

Flop: (10 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, UTG checks, MP bets, Button calls, Hero calls, BB folds, UTG calls.

Turn: (7 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero?

In either case I like betting right now. Not only is our hand vulnerable to the obvious flush draws, but anyone with a bigger ace has nine outs. We can't get them to go away, but letting this turn get checked through would be an unmitigated disaster, and I can't count on the PFR taking another whack at this with three callers.
