10-20NL QQ Facing raise on River

Live 10-20NL Bellagio. Hero has 8k villain has about 4k.
Don't know much about villain's river bluffing frequency/range. He is willing to put a lot of pressure on the flop w/ combo draws esp if he thinks opponent is weak. He is a good aggressive player though sometimes overly aggressive.

Hero bets 160 villain quickly calls.

Hero bets 500 villain raises to 1500.

Perhaps it`s J9s or 99. I don`t think he slowplayed here.

67 hit QT hit, 99 plays this way as well; the quick call on turn tells me has already has a mid pair- to be honest I put him squarely on 99 b/c of his turn quick call; so you can find a fold here. B/c you raised UTG and bet all three streets, so you play overpair+5's, he's not valueraising here with J9. So yea, you can fold and feel pretty good IMO.
