I'm only glad if they keep betting the line up to flat-out ridiculous levels week after week. My only regret is not putting a helluva lot more than 1u on Iggs +24.5, cause there's no way that number wasn't WAY off.

Look at the bright side. Philly's line may be inflated next week.

Off Topic: This is why I think McNabb is way overrated. Every backup for him plays almost as good. Throw a Detmer out there and you have like a 3% DVOA dropoff.

They were good with Jeff Garcia as well.

Anyone that bets against NE at ANY line under 30 deserves what they get imo.

Awesome. Clearly the Pats should be favored by 30 like you said. I am so sorry I doubted your wisdom.

Also, NVG called, they miss you.

[/ QUOTE ]I'm so glad the NE -30+ fanbois won't ever post here again

The Eagles run two completely different offenses with McNabb vs non-McNabb.

The non-McNabb offense is a better, more balanced offsense. For you stat heads it offsets the stats of a "better" QB.

What is this 'Detmer magic' of which you speak?

Feeley didn't win any games for the Eagles - the defense won them all, AJ lost to the one good team he played - the Jints. It was on the Fins he beat NWE.

Also, I agree the play-calling is 110% better with an avg QB back there. It's like they actually try instead of running the same vanilla WC_offense with bad WRs and asking McNabb/Westy to bail them out 16 weeks a year.

That's not a choke, the better team won. Are you telling me if Feeley doesn't outplay Brady for 60 mins it's a choke?

Must be a level.
