Default Baby Back Ribs Report

I kind of combined a few of the suggestions from yesterday since I didnt have time to cook them for 4 hours. I had my wife put them on the top rack of the grill since she gets home from work before me and I already had them rubbed and wrapped in tin foil. I put them on 275 and slow cooked them for almost 3 hours, basting them every so often with a mixture of Italian dressing and bbq sauce. I then put bbq sauce on them the last 15 min. of cooking. They were outstanding. Some of the best ribs I've ever had. The meat was falling off the bones and they were extremely flavorful and juicy. Thanks for the help.

kid,

Wrapping them in foil prevents the wood smoke flavor from fully permeating the meat.

But most importantly: did you sing the Chili's baby back rib song the entire time?

pics would have been nice

my experience (possibly based on faulty physics)

if you put beer (or some other alcohol) in the tin foil along with veggies/rub etc the alcohol cycles through keeping the meat very moist and you don't have to unwrap them during the process to apply stuff
