Default Thoughts on WCI?

So WCI (builds condos in florida.... ouch) rejected Icahn's offer of $22. Share are now around $14. Is there good value in WCI at this price, or would the real value only come out if Icahn got his hands on the board of directors... which doesn't seem like it's going to happen.

Thoughts?

The two most likely scenarios I think is buyout in the single digits or BK.

Actually the buyout was not a serious offer. There were so many unrealistic contingencies that would allow Icahn to strip the company from their important assets at a discount.

I cashed out of my puts even though I think there is a significant BK risk still.
