I think its for simulations mostly:

Yes I love breathing in dust while I teach.

I think your using chalk boards wrong, I have pretty bad dust allergies and have no problem using a chalk board. White boards are awful to write on, awful to read off of and the markers smell like crap.

Yup, there's a real-time stock market ticker inside of the business building. I've been there, but not too often since I don't have any classes in there. Nice building though.

Tulane has one of those too. I'll get some pictures of our business school next time I go over there, as that's what I was comparing this one too when I said I didn't think this was nice. Tulane's is mostly hardwood floors and is pretty different than this.
