24 Day Zero?

I was watching a video of the newly announced Starcraft 2 game at IGN.com (also cool, check it out) and I saw an ad for 24 Day Zero. Tried googling, nothing. I know the suckage of this past season sorta puts a damper on the excitement but it's still newsworthy. Anyone have any info on this?
