how can you know that last statement RedBean?

Were you around him 100% of the time?
Do you have an account of every single second of his life that is verifiable?

I bet it's because the newspaper man told you to think that way.

such a puppet of the media

[/ QUOTE ]

Um...because the policy is very, very clear on what constitutes a violation.

RedBean my man crush on you lessens as you argue semantics. I'm pretty sure everybody who isn't BSF in this thread realizes what the other is saying and is just arguing for spite at this point.

lol...I did read the thread

I'm using RedBean's arguing tactics against him

we don't know what Barry did 100% of the time
just because he was never caught, doesn't mean he didn't violate

The MLB steroid policy defines what is a violation of it as

"To be considered in violation of the MLB Steroid Policy, a player must fail an MLB administered drug test."

Which of the following are violations of the MLB sterioud policy according to the above definition.

[] Taking steroids like they are candy
[] Having comprising pictures taken of you with needles sticking out of your ass
[] Failing an MLB drug test.
[] Having leaked grand jury testimony based on circumstantial evidence implicate you in a steroid investigation, where they have failed to have probable cause after three investigations.

No he doesn't. Bonds never admitted to any such thing. The authors of the book who were given the leaked testimony even concede as much.

Bonds admitted to using flaxseed oil and arthritic balm.

[/ QUOTE ]

He admits to using what he thought was flaxseed oil and arthritic balm. That he happened to get from a dude who went to jail for distributing steroids. Not to mention the Sheffield quotes where he says Bonds set him up to get the cream, the clear, and red beans (lol).

[ QUOTE ]

That you or anyone else believes that those were actually PED's does not change the fact that he didn't admit to using PED's.

[/ QUOTE ]

If they happened to be the cream and the clear they were most certainly PED's.

[/ QUOTE ]

RedBean,

I assume that you not replying to this and the next post is admitting that you were at least mostly wrong?
