Default 25nl Overpair vs crazy maniac on extremely drawy board.

Villain is crazy, opening every hand with a min raise, leads for pot most flops even if 3 bet PF or called. Have taken some good sized pots down from him already

Calling wouldn't be the best idea since you're giving him outs to make his flush/straight. Raising is so-so since I feel you have almost 0 FE vs a maniac, but it's the better of the 3 choices (including folding).

I'd reraise back expecting to see a draw most of the time, and you're most likely a favorite on the flop.
