Also calling the turn and river is what you have to plan to do after checking on the turn since you are going to induce agaisnt a villain like this a whole lot.
If you had lead the turn and got raised then you can fold. FWIW I like inducing here against this particular opponent, but mix in some bets as well.

Why is he betting so little on the turn? The majority of the time it probably means a scared attempt at a steal hoping you whiffed overs. I think it is a WA/WB situation and would probably call down.
