Default NL100 | BvB, AK vs Uber Nit\'s bet-4bet PF

SB is 12/3/inf over ~100 datamined hands. No reads other than that as he just sat.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.50/$1 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

<u>SB: $117.90</u>
<u>Grunch (BB): $199.30</u>
UTG: $73.75
MP: $40.00
CO: $40.00
BTN: $99.50

<font color="black">Preflop:</font> Grunch is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
4 folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $3.00</font>, <font color="red">Grunch raises to $9.00</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $21.00</font>, Grunch calls $12.00

<font color="black">Flop:</font> ($42) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $30.00</font>, Grunch calls $30.00

<font color="black">Turn:</font> ($102) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Grunch checks

<font color="black">River:</font> ($102) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Grunch ... ?

Was the turn check stupid? Is a river VB obvious? If I bet am I calling a push, and if not do I really want to bet?

The turn check is fine. VB river and obviously auto call.

Villain only has $66 left.

There is really no option besides shoving.

You're right of course, I guess I was just thrown by his stats, especially his PFR.

Easy river shove. Give him a chance to make a heroic call with QQ.

Wow, a 4-bet from this ubernit and then he takes this line? Could he have anything besides QQ? Even JJ feels like stretching it. VB something he can call with QQ, probably has to be a small amount. I think he´s folding to a shove here actually. I bet 20...

I'd be tempted to make it $10 or something on the river to ease his QQ call. Obviously call a push. I am fine with the turn check because it makes your flop bet look more like a standard c-bet, not neccessarily an ace or a king, thus increasing the chances of him giving us more money on the river.
