Cliff note: Making bottom pair and A high call downs is how you win big. Also, running up a few $100 into $10000 at limit hold'em is standard. |

i went to see that movie in theatres. 1st scene i go to my buddy "omg he's playing 8/16". he's like "no he isn't", then the dealer goes "RAISE $32" and we both started kicking and laughing.
what a stupid movie. you could like smell the old people they interviewed to be like "internet hotshots are no good". |

I just find this hilarious. The quote below is from FGators in a BBV thread.
Cliff notes: the guy has played 1.4 million hands of NL almost exclusively at 2/4 and below. In these 1.4 million hands he has managed to lose about 20k but claims to be really good at poker but just running bad, in fact there's only about 10 posters in SSNL who he thinks are qualified to give him advice.
