Re: 10-20, I was going to check behind
Actually it isn't really, in fact, games with only 6 "players" will often still play like 10 handed games, trust me.
That said I'm 3betting here. |

I fold the flop when I am playing well.

Re: 10-20, I was going to check behind
Don't give these people credit for instantly adjusting to it on the first hand, and opening with 55 or A8. I agree that you can fold, and take a wait and see approach since it is temporarily shorthanded. If it has been shorthanded for 30 minutes, that is something else.

Fold preflop, as played fold turn, if you could take it back and fold the flop I'd do that also.

[ QUOTE ]
People aren't so stupid that they can't look around and see there are only 6 people at the table. I agree that there is a difference btwn a game that has been 6 handed or an hour, and one that has been 6handed for 3 minutes, but.... come on! [/ QUOTE ] Actually they are that stupid and won't adjust their ranges for the currently 6 handed game. 3 betting this preflop against unknowns is a recipe for trouble. |

The post flop aspect of this hand is much more important to maximizing ev than whether or not to 3 bet or fold 77 in this situation. |
