On this ipoker software i onde made some test account, which i never used, now software doesnt let me make a new account since there is no "create account" button anymore available, eventho i deleted software and cleaned register. Is there an option i could bypass this ?

reinstall windows will work, register a new account at a friends house?

Speak to live support, they may close your old account down as it hasn't been used.
