Default River move

Unsure with the river play in this hand, maybe a criticism of the turn c/r as well.
Do i bet this river?
if i bet this river and he raises whats my play?
say if i check and he bets half hte pot whats my play?

Oh and I would check hoping he'll check it down thinking your going to c/r him again. This is a tricky spot and I'm not sure how I would react to a psb. I think I would c/f here.

and what is he callin an all in bet with that i beat? i cant think of any. I think an all in bet would be just a bluff to get a 2 pair hand to fold out.

my line would look something like c/c turn.

lead river for 2/3 pot.

why am i c/c the turn and betting the river when the river looks a lot worse than the turn, if anything shouldnt those 2 streets be reversed, lead the turn c/c or possibly c/f the river.

is the 2/3 sized pot bet on the river a value bet here? what purpose is this bet. For me to do that dont we need to put villain on AJ, AQ and only those 2, can we do that.
