yeah im leaving soon also, im gonna post what i buy in here when i get back. so far i'm up $2500 on my trip home for thanksgiving. i'm allotting $300 to spend on myself (poss $500 if i'm feeling especially naughty).

i dont think i'll spend much though, my mom's coming and she only gets to see me a few times a year so she spoils me whenever she gets the chance to.

Day after Thanksgiving is the biggest shopping day of the year. HUGE sales and stores open at 5:00 or so in the morning. It's called "Black Friday."

Back from Best Buy, and it was insane. It only took about 20 minutes to get inside, but it was a zoo, and all the expensive stuff was gone. I wanted to get a laptop and sell it on eBay, but I guess they sold out instantly.

I'm never doing this again...I'm too lazy to stand in line.

Agreed.

My experience wasn't bad because I was just going for the fun of it. I also didn't wake up early but just stayed up.

I wrote a very boring trip-report in the blog. It has nothing exciting, I just kind've like to use the blog as my personal journal sometimes.

Anyone interested in training for/running Disney in 2009? (You can either do a half-marathon[The Donald], full marathon[Mickey], or both [Goofy's race and a half challenge]). I'm trying to gather info now because registration starts in January and the Goofy tends to fill within days. You can let me know/ask questions either here or via PM. LOL I'll have to check that out. If there isn't you could set one up and have sleeping bags set up all along the marathon route. (Unless you wanted to just sleep for the half)
