My friend used to work at Best Buy, and in their computer tech support. Forget about all the calls where they don't have the computer plugged in or keyboards unconnected.

A lady called in saying she didn't know where to put a cd. My friend says that the top shelf of the tower should be the dvd/cd rom drive. Just press the buttom and put the cd in.
