Default Shove flop over a minraise against semi-shorty? NL100

Villain is 22/17/3.5 over 300 hands but all mined. Unfortunately no useful reads. Villain has 63BB.

Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

Hero(UTG) raises to $3.5, CO folds, Villain(BTN) calls, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop ($11): 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
BB checks, Hero bets $9.5, Villain raises to $19

Overpair vs. this very draw heavy board and a minraise. Do we have to shove here b/c he's short, even though we're most likely toast?

Shove, and we're good much more than you seem to think.

whatever the stacks, with an overpair you should never fold the flop to a minraise from a villain with an agg factor of 3.5.
