Default Sigh, WPEX withdrawal question

I tried it, it sucks dick.

I just requested a neteller withdrawal from WPEX to Neteller. However, the full amount is still in my account balance and my account report does not yet indicated the withdrawal request. It said it was "being processed." Normal?

How long will it take? Nobody home in the account dept.

My WPEX withdrawals usually take between 2 and 30 minutes.

After reading your post, I started getting worried about WPEX, but I just made my first withdrawal request. $2358, the exact amount I have deposited with Neteller, Instacash.

(1) The withdrawal was IN my neteller account within 4 minutes which is unheard of service.

(2) WPEX did NOT charge me for any of the instacash fees they incurred (the full $2358 was Instacashed). Bear in mind, I have placed some sports bets, but nothing big, maybe $600 overall in 2 months of playing.

I also should point out that I've earned just over $3000 in rakeback.

wpex want identification copies passport etc before they will do anything.

They don't even bother to tell you this until you enquire why you can't withdraw. Their support is very poor

LOL. I'm sorry but that same thing happened to me the first time I withdrew, and it made me growl. They just didn't process it, ever, and didn't let me know that, either. I had to call. I would characterize their support as well-intentioned and improving, instead of "poor." They have more gliches than the biggies but if you follow up they are generally very helpful and friendly. They pretty routinely will accidentally refuse an Aces never lose hand, and then once you have someone from support on the line fix it immediately and pleasantly.
