Boba re-instated @ Bellagio

Found out through the grapevine today that Boba won his appeal and he will be back in his spot at the mid-limit podium in due time, but that he will be on watch (so no greasing him to move up the list, folks).

What is a BOBA ? I searched it at www.webtender.com and got no hits. Is it short for Bring Own Beer Again or is it an actual drink(s)? (yes I'm asking a serious question)

Boba is a tea flavored drink with small tapioca balls. Seriously. It started off in the Chinese community and at some casinos here in LA they have Boba carts that come around.
