Is this a spewy call? NL10 bottom two pair on monochrome flop

Villain is WAY LAGy so i figured i was wayyyy ahead of him here... should i have maybe even thrown a raise into the mix? i know the preflop was terrible, i guess i just figured if i hit a lucky flop villain would spew some my way.
