Default What Ever Happened To Richard Lee (\'06 Main Event 6th Place Finisher)?

He was the guy who wore the "San Antonio" sweatshirt during the final table, shunning endorsement deals b/c he wanted to represent his hometown. He got busted AI PF with JJ against Jamie Gold's QQ. A few days after the Main Event, San Antonio authorities arrested him. It appeared as though he was San Antonio's biggest bookie. Any update on his status. Is he in the clinker?

Also, damn he had a fine *ss family (wife and daughters).
