PT/PAhud and FTP...need some help

here are my problems:

1) My PT is consistently missing HHs when I import them. Every session I play 500 hands in, maybe 200 get recorded in PT. I don't know where the other HH is. Anyone know what the problem is here?

2) My PA hud isn't showing up on FTP. Only when someone mucks their cards, you can see the HUD display what cards they mucked. I can't figure out how to change this. None of the stats, however, are being displayed.

tyvm guys. I really want this solved ASAP.
