Default $0.5/1nl - flopped quads...river play?

Villain is 26/19/2.3 - 200 hands

What is my best play: check-raise, normal value bet, or just make it like 2 times the pot.

How is my line up to the river too?

I'd bet the turn definitely. As played bet river. $30.

Why don't you bet the turn? I think that if he calls on this flop, there's a good chance he'll also call the turn.

As played I'd make a pot sized on the river.

I also would have checked the turn to feign weakness, represent my bet on the flop is just a continuation bet, and hopefully allow the villain to think his 8 is good if he has it. The 8 is either the best card or the worst card for you. I would hope he now has 8s full of 6s, and he raises my bet.

Hard to represent weakness when you bet flop 4-way.

Not really. Hero was the original raiser. The flop bet could be seen as a continuation bet trying to thin the herd.

Would anyone ever want to go for the check raise? If he has air, unlikely since he didn't bet the turn, he'll bet. If he has a pair smaller than 6s, he'll bet. If he has an 8 he'll bet for sure.

I'm not so sure he's betting in all those situations. I probably just bet out as played.

Anyway, I bet turn for sure with stacks this deep, probably a scared-looking 1/2 pot or so, to set up various scenarios where the mobney goes in on the river.
