I am strongly considering buying this monitor anyone with expierence multitabling? I am not a gammer, just looking for lots of footage to mutitask. Will this card do the job (Dell NVidia GEFORCE 7800 GTX)?

So long as the Dell version of this card has a dual-link DVI connector, then yes.

Otherwise, no.
