Even though davidross is a nit he also does really dumb things IME with him and him raising this flop looks way more like a strong ace than trips. Folding AK here to about anybody is horrible. You realize that the board is A44 with a fd right? Wtf 4x hands can he even conceivably have? 45 is almost it, he is probably never raising A4 here let alone calling pf with it.

Also if lots of 4x hands are in his range then so are tons of different flush draws, not to mention Ax.

Edit: Never mind, I'm retarded. Thought we were still talking about what we would do with AK here.

The amount of implied disrespect davidross is getting in this thread is incredible.
