[ QUOTE ]
Playing both days for the same time (instead) just make it seem like the two days of day 2 was actually just 2 different rooms. They start and end at the same time as if it were the same day. They're doing their best to simulate having enough room for everyone.

[/ QUOTE ]

There was no need to stop the day early.

You know they could have just paid attention to who and exactly when someone was busted out once day 2A got below the 350 level, and done the same for day 2B.

If the final combined day 2 field ended up in the money, they could have figured out who at the end of both days busted out late enough to make it into the money.

They *could* have, but that would be a real pain in the ass for them. Please explain why your solution would be better than what they chose to do.

So no one would know when the bubble is until it had already burst?

Horrible idea.

Players busting out late day 2A would not know if they are "on the bubble".
Players on 2B would have that knowledge.

uh, no, because then day 2B people get an unfair advantage.

they play the exact same time, btw. and there will be more than 350 remaining.

ESPN probably has something to do with it also, as they like to film the bubble, which they can't do if the bubble bursts at some unknown time that they have to figure out retroactively.

Hi Todd. Sorry I missed you on the list! Updated now. (Sleep would probably have helped my accuracy.)
