Default NL - 50 KK facing turn check minraise on coordinated board

Villian is 33/8.3/3 over 12 hands, so no real reads... my image was very lag.

OnGame's Room No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (5 handed) by Hand Converter CG

SB ($49.30)
BB ($85.65)
UTG ($51.10)
MP ($92.25)
Hero ($53.15)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Kh, Ks.
UTG folds, MP folds, Hero raises to $2, SB folds, BB calls $1.50.

Flop: ($4.25) 5s, 3h, 4d (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $3, BB calls $3.

Turn: ($10.25) Js (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $7, BB raises to $15

Turn check raises normally mean uber uber strength (esp. min raises), do I have to let go here or is that being to weaktight and I should just shove?

Assuming I call and river is a blank and villain leads out on river do I call?

I'd call and fold to a river push.
I set Villain on any pair from 22 to TT.
