Default Real Madrid/Barcelona

I currently have an accumulator of 6 football matches... 4 wins so far, 2 to play tomorrow:

Real Madrid v Deportivo (Backing Real Madrid)
Barcelona v Almeria (Backing Barcelona)

Would it make sense to put in a couple of win/draw and draw/win bets in to hedge it a bit? Or should I just leave it as it is?

Thanks
Nick

Not at all.
On a side note, if you want a partial hedge, just bet single draws, there is no use betting wins again, in order to hedge aginst this win.

If you want to hedge, something went wrong. Next time

a) Bet less.

AND/OR

b) Bet fewer games.

All that holds assuming that the hedges are -EV, obviously. But judging from the fact that you did not bother to post the lines this might not bother you. I can assure you that you managed to pick better team in both cases but that is not what SB is about.

It was a 6 game Accumulator, just these 2 games to go. The stake isn't huge, but was wondering more on a theoretical basis what to do.

Sorry, I don't really understand... what is "parlay" and "lines"?

Odds at the moment are:
Real Madrid: Win- 1.29, Draw- 4.5, Lose- 8.5
Barcelona: Win- 1.2, Draw- 5, Lose-12

My reason for hedging would be to "lock in" some profit, however the profit that I'd get would be very minimal, so don't really think there is actually much point doing so.

parlay = accumulator
lines = odds

If you want to lock a profit after getting 4 games right, why not bet just 4 games?
