if he is one of the guys who do not fold against 2barrels but fold if you make another big bet on the river when ok. i would also look on the fold to river bet to descide that

uhhhh why open 98o against a 40/20 player, his style probably works great against that hand..

I´d check the flop and hope to hit a straight for free!

The turn and river are probably ok, nothing great or really bad for sure though.
