Default Biloxi Fine Dining (no, seriously)

Staying at Beau Rivage this weekend for wedding anniversary and owe the wife a flossin' dinner. According to the website, the "celebrated" restaurants at Beau Rivage are not open yet. Have any of the casinos gotten their top shelf restaurants going yet? Biloxi the town was never known for their food even before Katrina, so I'm not counting on much being available anywhere else.

The restaurant at the top of the IP is surprisingly good. I forget the name of it, but it's called "32" or "29" or whatever # the top floor of the IP is. Nice view and good, relatively reasonably priced food. Given the circumstances I'd recommend it, but I'd guess Palace and BR both have their top restaurants going.

I've only been to Biloxi once since Katrina, so I can't say for sure, but availability of non-casino restaurants is probably still severly limited.
