Default peanut oil

I was looking in my local supermarket for some flaxseed oil to add on to meals to gain weight. I couldn't find any, so I settled with peanut oil.

1 tbsp. has:
120 calories
14g total fat (22%DV)
2.5g saturated fat (12%DV)

Seems like a lot of fat. Is this a healthy way to gain weight?

Default Re: peanut oil

You should check your supermarket for milled flaxseeds. That is the flaxseeds grinded up which is much more pleasent tasting and has more fiber than flaxseed oil.

Milled flaxseed is much more nutritions than peanut oil.
