Default AT vs CO raise

UB 35+3 bounty tournament, 93 left I am like 30th.

CO (8000)
Me (6100)
SB (4000)
BB (1000)

Blinds 75/150.

Folds to the CO who pots it for 525. I dont have a sharp read but I'm pretty sure he got his stack from being loose and kinda bad.

I have ATs on the button, my action?

Oh yeah I have been tight but I doubt he has been paying close attention.

Bonus hand - UB 33 (not hte same tourney.) I have just arrived at a new table.

3 hands later I have 13,000 with the blinds at 100/200. I raise JJ UTG+1 to 600.

Folds to the CO who pushes for 8500 total. Call?

First hand what are your reads on the 2 players left to act behind you. I think this is key to making your desicion. In the second hand I assume it fold back to you and your left with the call or fold. I call here because I feel this kind of push is done with ak or aq a whole hell of a lot. 1010 or below is also likely here in my opinion. I see a lot of raise a significant amount but not go all in with QQ+ so as to extract more value from there hand I guess. Just my thoughts on the hand.

First one - BB is prob sticking it in with anything decent (but im not really worried about him, lets say I reraise, he calls all in, CO folds, I expect to be well ahead of his range.)

SB is v tight and not a concern, if i reraise or push he's not putting chips in without QQ+ AK, maaaybe JJ but I think he for sure folds TT to a reraise or push.
