Hero ($50)

<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $2</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $7</font>, CO calls $5.

Flop: ($14.25) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $10</font>, <font color="#CC3333">CO raises to $56.5</font> Hero??

I just read PNL and with a SPR of 3.2 I thought I should be committed on the flop. Also, is preflop alright or should I make in more b/c I'm out of position.

pf maybe raise a little more but I think it's okay as is.

I think you have to call the flop but it's tough...

Preflop is cool.

You have to call his flop push. He's the big stack, so he might be bullying you. Or he might play looser when he gets a lot of chips.

Whatever, you have to call. His huge reraise is suspicious. It's way more than you even have left. Think about it. If he has AA or KK, why is he trying to push you off a dominated hand?

Like you said, with that SPR you really can't get away from this imo.

I don't think villain would have called your reraise with KJ or KQ on the flop. But QQ or JJ, yes, it's possible.

This is just a case of a big stack playing loose and speculating. He probably thought well, I got $170, let's see a flop.

I called and lost to a set of two's, but is this standard. I thought it was unlikely the villian called the 3bet with 22 or 33. But, Would KQ, KJ or a high pp pair make this same move. There are no real draws that villian could be pushing either.

I don't think high pairs like QQ/JJ would shove like this, unless you were short. KQ would also be unlikely unless its a huge lag fish. You'll see AK or a set here almost always.

-most people that call a 3 bet either have a pp looking to flop a set or overpair or they have AK and AQ
-calling a 3bet w/ KQ and KJ is horrible
