Good Day,
I have registered on PokerStars two days ago. But I can't deposit any methods. I mailed them, but received no answer. I'm citizen of Ukraine. I can't find their phone number. Somebody can help me?

Wait for the email response. Give them a day and they'll get back to you. Stars support is excellent. I wouldn't even be surprised if you could talk to someone who speaks Ukrainian.

yeah i can't believe you haven't received a response yet. It usually take 15 mins max for a response.

The queue is 117 minutes at the moment (which is the longest I've seen it all week). If you haven't had a reply by now, I doubt we received the mail, or your mail server hasn't processed it yet for whatever reason.

You can get phone calls from the deposit assistance guys, I believe you get an option to request one if a deposit doesn't work. I haven't worked in support for so long that I'm not sure anymore though. For sure if you mail support and ask someone from deposit assistance to call you, they will.

Because pokerstars cash games are the worst around, everyone is basically an 8+ tabling set farmer, and there are also tons of rude germans. No rakeback, No reload bonuses. Oh yea, it's rigged too.
