Gabe controls who plays. it wasn't personal. he just didn't want me in the game.

[/ QUOTE ]

smart man. This is why Gabe is a good player, he practices fantastic game selection.

Legally Gabe can't prohibit anyone from playing in his game.
The reality is obviously far different.

true. If the V wants to keep his game, they will accommodate - and rightfully so.

i'm aware of what the casinos spread, but October's a dead month and i wanted to know what games will likely run next weekend.

Why is it dead? It seems like vacationers would like this time of year in Vegas b/c it has perfect weather.

Vegas is never dead for low-limit games. Vegas dies for mid & high limit, Vegas is not the poker paradise many think it is - paradise is really called LA.

Do the games run more, in L.A.? Or run at higher stakes?

Also, I was reading in a past blog of Daniel Negreanu, about him being frustrated that the "big game" in Bobby's Room, never ran anymore. He said a lot of the main players were staying home to play online. Is that true, or has anyone seen it running pretty regularly?

link please. Daniel was more likely frustrated because he lost a ton in the big game when he took a stab at it, he normally doesnt play that big.

I searched and searched, but could not find the blog. Maybe I imagined it, but I think it was one of the earlier ones he wrote.

That being said, how often does the big game in Bobby's room run? I would imagine, it runs when certain people come to town, certain times of the year, etc. Or, is it a pretty common even to see a game running in Bobby's room?
