Please tell me you don't do that leg spreading machine that are strictly for girls to show off their cameltoe. LOL @ "core days", thats what deadlifts and squats w/out belts are for. Dids, srsly hire me for consultation, you need it ldo.

nutsflopper, for [censored] sake, leave the workout bitchiness for The Gym. Any other hardcore advice you want to give to a guy who's somehow managed to drop 70 lbs. while doing what you call an awful workout?

(That's not to say his routine isn't awful. It most likely is. But really now, stop being a workout nit. This does not bode well for the new forum. I can imagine a bunch of workout nits criticizing each other from the comfort of their couches while they whip each other up into a frothy meathead foam.)
