Default Help me out: Book choice

Ok, i'm (re)starting my poker game climbing up the ladders from NL5 to NLwhatever.

I currently see myself as a winning NL10/NL25 player, controlling the basics of a TAG play. I've read a lot of forums and some basic articles and it's time to expand my knowledge with a good book before starting my 2nd attempt after cashing out $500 to fund my vacation. (i'm 18 cheap vacation to spain basically like spring break, beer )

note1: Purely NL hold'em
note2: Not (yet) interested in tournament play

(first post btw but been reading along for approx 6 months)

If you`ve been reading along for the last 6 months then you obviously are blind. Theres been recently a post about a LLNL book here that offers good advice.

Little green book. (applies pretty well to cash games, although it's more about tournaments)
No Limit Hold 'em: Theory and Practice by David Sklansky and Ed Miller.

OK my best advice to you is
Theory of Poker ....This gets you to understand the concepts clearly of slowplaying , checkraising etc.
The new no limit by Miller and Sklansky. This gives you a more clear concept of no limit concepts in regards to checkraising etc. Be aware the book is based on deep stack play. BUT!!! there are portions for short stack play.
Angel Largays book is the best for a solid beginner level foundation at the 1/2 and 2/5 N/L game with maxed buyins.
Ok theres the basic solid foundation I offer.

acrilicpoker,
This is solid advice. I would just like to add that 2+2 has a couple books that upcoming for release that you may want to add to that list. See existing threads on upcoming 2+2 books for more info.
