Default WSOP penalties

Does anyone know who has racked up the most penalty minutes in the history of the WSOP?

Well in the event he came 2nd in last year (5k PLHE) they were 4 handed, the button raises Alan repots, button repots which Alan thought was all in, but turns out he had like 1bb behind that repot. Alan thinks for 5 mins and calls and flips his hand over when he calls (9-9). Then hes told the dude has 1bb behind so he bets that on the flop and the guy calls with a missed AK which misses the turn and river as well. Alan is penalized 2 rounds of 3 handed play for exposing his hand. Suchhhhh a bad ruling.
