what exactly is incredibly wrong about my assesment? probably I exaggerated, rodriguez is only > cabrera, not >>, and same goes with reyes vs. ramirez, but the rest are accurate

i personally think hanley's offensive productions are wonky... sure he hits way more HR than reyes, but hanley's a leadoff hitter, HR are such a meaningless statistic to compare the two at.

between the two, i think it comes down to reyes' far superior defensive ability and his better baserunning, vs. hanley's better BA... and since this is about overall team vs. team, i'd take reyes.

same kind of thing goes for suzuki... he still hits for a far better avg than CG, swipes way more bags, and has a great arm from the outfield vs. cg's fielding ability... i go with suzuki imo

Yeah, I hate it when my leadoff guy hits a solo home run. I much prefer my 5 hitter to hit a solo home run.

yeah, but since Hanley's a LEADOFF HITTER, his HRs don't kill nearly as many rallies as Reyes' HRs do.
