Villian is unknown, but I have not seen him do anything over the few hands that I have seen on the table

I like it. Spots like this are the ones that I have to improve the most.
I think the ranges u put him on are quite accurate, maybe AJ on the flop, and depending on how passive his numbers he could have some better hands here.
Set or even quads are definetely part of his range on the turn.
River, as u say, I dont see a way of getting out of it if I check and shoves, so Im better shoving this and probably getting some value out of it. It looks like we are heading for a split.

Seems fine to me, if you were level stacks I would not be sure, but here the river is either a blessing or a curse.
