Default Flop a combo draw, how do I play it?

This is a situation that never really comes up in limit, so I had no idea what to do.

Poker Room skin
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
9 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $62.00
Hero: $83.75
MP1: $111.05
MP2: $33.35
MP3: $13.55
CO: $39.70
Button: $28.90
SB: $11.30
BB: $43.75

Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is UTG+1 with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG folds, Hero calls, 3 folds, CO calls, Button calls, SB calls, BB checks.

Flop: 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($2.5, 5 players)
SB checks, BB bets $1, Hero raises to $3, CO raises to $10, 3 folds

Hero...?

I'd raise to like $6 on the flop so you can profitably 3-bet all in. You're a 2-1 dog against a set and a favorite against someone taking TP too far. Against someone with top two pair, you are only a 4-5 dog or so. I push the flop even the way you played it.

Bad position + mediocre hand = fold preflop.

I would play the flop the same, and if playing my A game would fold to the push. It looks like he has J9 or 33, possibly slowplayed aces or kings, none of which are folding to a push and all of which you're a dog to, and there's very little dead money. You have to put him squarely on top pair or a bluff to make pushing profitable, and I don't think you can.

First mistake: fugly open-limp preflop. i wouldnt open-limp that in limit either.

Second mistake: your weak flop raise. You need a PSR here, whichh means making it $6.50 to go.

As played. Click on the dealer, select "get more chips", thjen select "max buyin". Then go allin. Grit & squint.

Just noticed that this is full-ring.

Playing KTs from UTG+1 in FR is absolute spew. I wouldn't even play it from UTG+1 at 6m most of the time. You're way too loose.
